Sacksy Thyme® Heating Pad Warranty

Sacksy Thyme offers a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty for Sacksy Thyme® heating pads only. This warranty applies to heating pads purchased from sacksythyme.com or an authorized Sacksy Thyme retailer.

This warranty does not apply to other Sacksy Thyme products.

Warranty Registration:
If your heating pad was purchased from an authorized retailer, you must complete the warranty registration form within 14 days of purchase and include the purchase location, order ID/receipt number, and 10-digit SKU.

Heating pads purchased directly from sacksythyme.com are automatically registered.

Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 365 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overheating, water exposure, burning, stains, failure to follow heating instructions, or normal wear and tear.
