Do you custom make every Sacksy Thyme Heating Pad order?  Yes, we custom make every single order we receive by hand.  That means no two Sacksy Sacks are exactly the same.  This also ensures the herbs we use are the freshest they can be. Every Sacksy Thyme Sack is unique, which adds to your own unique experience.

What's the difference between cherry pits & flaxseed sacks?
Cherry pits are known for their ability to retain heat well and provide consistent warmth, while flaxseeds offer a more flexible, flowing feel and release a natural, moist heat.

How do I clean my herbal sack?  We recommend spot cleaning your sack as needed with a clean, damp towel.  We do not recommend submerging in water, as this will ruin the integrity of the herbs and seeds.  

How long does the herbal scent last?  The aroma of the natural herbs and Cherry pits are at its freshest in the first 6-12 months.  The natural herbal aroma will become more subtle over time, but still noticeable.  If you would like to freshen up your Sack, you can purchase our Relax Aromatherapy Mist or use your favorite essential oil spray. Use prior to microwaving for moist heat to enhance the herbal aroma!   

I selected unscented, but do I smell cherry? Yes, yes you do!  The Cherry Pits used in our sacks have a wonderfully light natural cherry scent, which you may be able to smell.  It is very slight, and only those with a nose like ours will smell it!

I don't have a microwave, can I heat this another way? Some of our customers have had success heating their herbal sacks up in the dryer on a dryer rack. Dryer rack is important so that it doesn't violently tumble around in your dryer. We do not recommend heating in the oven. 

 

 

Handling Time-  We aim for same day processing of orders placed prior to 2pm, but please allow for 1-2 business days for processing normal orders. 

Shipping-  Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number so you can track your package.  Shipping rates are available to you at checkout.  

Exchanges & Returns-  If you need to return or exchange an item, please log into your account and under Orders, select the order you would like to return. You will then be emailed a return label. For questions regarding returns or exchanges, please contact us at: support@sacksythyme.com.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  We stand behind our product and its quality and offer a Hassle-Free 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all products purchased through our website, www.sacksythyme.com.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we will return or replace it, no questions asked.  Return policy does not apply to products that have been compromised, damaged or abused.  To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.  Buyer is also responsible for shipping costs for returns.

Extended Holiday Return Policy-  Our normal return policy will be extended until January 14th, for purchases made between November 1st and December 31st.  

Sale Items-  Sale or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Privacy Policy- Our Privacy policy is simple. We never, ever, sell or distribute any of your personal information to anyone. Period.
