Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 30 Days of purchase on products purchased through our website, www.sacksythyme.com.
For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on any bath and body products. Heating pads are non-returnable if they show signs of misuse, abuse, damage, or burning.
To initiate a return, simply log in to your account using the email address you used when purchasing the product. Once logged in, you can find your purchased items and follow the instructions to start the return process. If you have trouble, you may contact Support@sacksythyme.com for assistance.

Extended Holiday Return Policy- Our normal return policy will be extended until January 14th for purchases made between November 1st and December 31st.
Return policy does not apply to: bath and body products, or products that have been compromised, damaged or abused, or purchased through another retailer. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
