How To Use

Linen Neck Wrap:

• Hot Therapy: Microwave the neck wrap for 1.5 – 2 minutes, checking for desired warmth. Always test temperature before placing on the skin.
• Cold Therapy: Place the wrap in a sealed bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use for cooling relief.

Linen Eye Pillow:

• Hot Therapy: Warm in microwave at 15 second intervals, until desired temperature is reached, not to exceed 1 minute total heat time.
• Cold Therapy: Chill in freezer until ready to use. 

Care Instructions

Removable linen cover: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry low.

Inner therapy pack: Spot clean only. Do not submerge in water, as the natural fillings may be damaged. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use or in freezer to maintain freshness of the herbal filling.
