Heat for 2 minutes, flipping halfway through. Depending on microwave strength, you may need more or less heating time. If needed, heat for another 30 seconds in 15-second increments.  

Do not exceed 2 1/2 minutes of heat time per use.  Make sure the neck wrap is completely cool to the touch before reheating for another use.  Always spot check for temperature before using.
