I first discovered Sacksythyme around 2014 on Etsy as I was searching for a replacement to a similar style microwaveable cherry pit pack I had lost. The convenience of cordless heat was one I had become accustomed to. I was so happy to have found this company and immediately ordered and fell in LOVE with sacksythyme's original pack, which was greatly improved from my first rudimentary "cherry pack", due to the aromatherapy blends they carefully curated and the beautiful assortment of patterned covers! I also ordered the sinus pack for myself. Using them for cold and hot, dry and moist therapy, both have carried me through countless injuries, chronic tension migraines, sinus headaches, allergies, colds neckaches, cramps, surgery recovery, stomach aches, fibromyalgia flare ups and much more over the years. I still use them regularly (12 years later and counting)! And because I have kept them in zip locks, they both have also retained their original scents, albiet a bit lighter. Now that they sell aromatherapy sprays, I may give them a refresh! So This year, while thinking about purchasing my personal favorite comfort items as gifts for loved ones at Christmas, I was thrilled to find Sacksythyme has an actual brick and mortar store and a dedicated website I could order from directly! I happily ordered the "choose your own" original pack in lavender paired with the sinus pack for my niece (she loved them) and made my own custom Christmas "boxed set" for her Mom, containing the linen eye pillow (lavender), sleep spray and an assortment of shower steamers (a big hit)! When one of the steamer scents was mistakenly omitted from my large (multiple) orders, the owner not only sent the correct item quickly but also sent along a handwritten note and a gorgeous scented candle for good measure, to thank me for being such a long time customer! The passion she has for her products, respect for her customers, and personal touch shows a class and grace not often found in todays world! First rate quality company AND products! I am already looking forward to sharing more items as gifts for loved ones and hinting to my hubs for a few of their newer items for my own birthday this year!!
