Our Sacksy Microwavable Neck Wrap helps alleviate stiff neck and shoulder tension naturally by providing the perfect balance of moist heat. Thoughtfully designed to give you the option of either a fleece or cotton side, and made with eight heat emitting chambers to keep the filler in place. Retains heat for up to 20-30 minutes, which is the recommended timeframe for hot and cold therapy.

Perfect for those looking to release neck and shoulder tension from "text neck" or a long day at the office.

If you're looking for an enhanced aromatherapy effect, try our Relax Aromatherapy Mist. Spritz a few drops of this relaxing aromatherapy mist onto your sack prior to use for a relaxing spa like experience at home.

Heat for 2 minutes, flipping halfway through. Depending on microwave strength, you may need more or less heating time. If needed, heat for another 30 seconds in 15-second increments.

Do not exceed 2 1/2 minutes of heat time per use. Make sure the neck wrap is completely cool to the touch before reheating for another use. Always spot check for temperature before using.

THE BEST. IN EVERY WAY. Am mid 60s, have been battling knee pain for months. Various things have helped but I couldn’t find just the right cold pack until I called Sacksy Thyme and happened to get the owner, Susie, on the phone. She was marvelous in every way, so helpful. Devoted a lot of time to asking what I was looking for and giving me her best recommendation. This really is the best ever: not shocking ice cold, not hard and inflexible, not dripping everywhere, instead the perfect amount of just right cold (I keep it in the freezer) that lasts a good 20+ minutes, enough to reduce swelling, all in a wrap that is large enough to work for almost anything. The image (now that my knees are working well enough to walk) shows it wrapped around to treat a swollen ankle (from my now daily 2 mile walks!). And a great soft removable, washable cover. Perfection. Forget about the rest. Sacksy Thyme is the best.

I received my lavender bag as a gift a few months ago. I absolutely love it and use it every day. I have arthritis in my fingers and it soothes them so much, whether I put it in the microwave or the freezer. Besides that, it smells so good and is very well-made.
